VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia Guest and Member Terms and Conditions

  1. VINTAGE FINE WINES General Terms Of Use
    1. Upon signing up, members get a permanent 10% discount code and a one time 15% discount code.
    2. Only one discount code may be used at checkout.
    3. Discount privileges are applicable only upon entering your membership discount code checkout.
    4. Discount privileges are not valid for purchase of Gift Vouchers.
    5. The membership privilege is strictly non-transferable.
    6. Creating an account is not required to place an order. Orders can be completed without registration by selecting guest checkout. However, discounts are exclusively available to registered customers, and guest checkout does not qualify for any discounts.
  2. Delivery Terms
    1. Deliveries will be made within two working days upon receipt of order. We offer complimentary delivery (to one location) for orders that exceed SGD$200. Otherwise, delivery charge is at $25 per location. For orders received before 3:00pm, delivery will assumably be made the next working day. For orders received after 3:00pm, delivery will be made the following working day(s).
    2. Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am – 5:30pm, excluding public holidays.
  3. Return Policy
    1. Customers are advised to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any shortages, breakages, faulty goods must be reported immediately (within 48 hours) to Vintage Fine Wines. Vintage Fine Wines will accept products that are out of condition (upon verification by our sales representatives), damaged and faulty stock for replacement.
    2. For replacement of damaged or faulty stocks (including label damage, dry breaks, leakers or short fills etc.) please ensure that seals on bottles and casks are still intact and date not expired.
    3. Please note that wines on Sale or Special Promotion will not be valid for replacement.
    4. Wines tagged with Non-Exchangable, Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable are also not valid for replacement.
  1. Gold Membership
    1. Gold Membership is entitled to 30% discount across all wines. All it takes is spending a minimum of S$10,000 on wine purchase (excludes the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes and/or shipping) online, and in Singapore within 12 months and your membership will last until the end of the each calendar year. After that, annual requalification is required.
    2. VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the membership program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the membership program and/or may terminate the membership program at any time in its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. Please check the website regularly for updates.
    3. Upon expiration of your membership tenure as a Gold member, and if you have not met the minimum spend requirement to be retained in the tier, you shall be reset to Regular status.
  2. Silver Membership
    1. Silver Membership is entitled to 20% discount across all wines. All it takes is spending a minimum of S$5,000 on wine purchase online (excludes the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes and shipping), and in Singapore within 12 months and your membership will last until the end of the each calendar year. After that, annual requalification is required.
    2. VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the membership program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the membership program and/or may terminate the membership program at any time in its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. Please check the website regularly for updates.
    3. Upon expiration of your membership tenure as a Silver member, and if you have not met the minimum spend requirement to be retained in the tier, you shall be reset to Regular status.
  3. Regular Membership
    1. Regular Membership is entitled to 10% discount across all wines. All it takes is spending a minimum of one S$200 on wine purchase online (excludes the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes and shipping), and in Singapore within 12 months and your membership will last until the end of the each calendar year. After that, annual requalification is required.
    2. VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the membership program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the membership program and/or may terminate the membership program at any time in its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. Please check the website regularly for updates.
    3. Upon expiration of your membership tenure as a Regular member, and if you have not met the minimum spend requirement to be retained in the tier, you shall retain your Regular status.
  4. Application
    1. Apply and receive your membership code upon application on VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia’s website.
  5. Renewal
    1. Upon receipt of the new membership code, your existing code will be deactivated.
  6. Processing Of Membership Application
    1. Incomplete applications (e.g missing mandatory information, birthdate, etc) will not be processed.
  7. Personal Data Protection
    1. VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia may use, collect, retain and/or disclose your personal information necessary to verify your identity, process your membership status, send out renewal reminders and analyse your consumption preferences.

    4. Secure Payment Processing
      All payment transactions are processed securely through Shopify's PCI- compliant payment gateways. We do not store or retain any credit card information on our servers.
    5. No Retention of Payment Details
      We do not store, save, or have access to your credit card information. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify's encrypted payment systems.
    6. Safe and Secure Shopping All payments on our site are powered by Shopify’s state-of-the-art payment processing. We do not collect or retain your credit card details, ensuring your personal information stays protected.
  8. Marketing Information
    1. VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia will inform you of promotions, product launches and special events organised or co-organised by VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia via direct mails, emails, and text messages, based on the boxes you had ticked on the application form. Alternatively, you may unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe on the marketing material received.
  9. Discretion
    1. The discount privileges, terms and conditions may be amended, or terminated at the sole discretion of VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia without prior notice.
    2. VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia is entitled to suspend or terminate your right to use the membership code at any time at our absolute discretion, without liability, notice or reason.
    3. VINTAGE FINE WINES Asia is entitled to refuse any request for reissuance, renewal or replacement of the membership privileges should any of the conditions and privileges be abused.
