How soon will my wine / order be delivered?

Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within the next 3 working day (most likely next working day) between  9am to 5pm.

What happens if the vintage that I ordered is unavailable?

We will adopt a “rolling vintage “practice and deliver the next available vintage. We will contact you first on the occasion that there is a difference in price between the two vintages.

Can I receive my order on a saturday, sunday or public holiday?

No, we do not deliver on these days. Vintage Fine Wines working days are Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Can my order be delivered last minute?

If you would like a last-minute delivery, please whatsapp Vintage Fine Wines (+65 8588 8447) and we will arrange a third-party courier service. There will be extra charges depending on the circumstances.

What if I am not at home when the delivery man arrives?

We will call you on your mobile phone. Should we be unable to contact you within 15 mins of arrival, we will leave and need to arrange a new delivery date.

Can I return wines that I do not like?

No, you cannot! Should your wine be faulty however, we will consider replacing it. This is at our total discretion and would require, the bottle, liquid, and cork to be collected and investigated by our team before we give our final verdict.

Will my wines be delivered chilled?

Yes! Our refrigerated van will collect your wines direct from our chilled warehouse and deliver them straight to your doorstep.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

As our delivery routes are different every day, a narrow delivery window will only be known after the delivery routes are drawn up for the day. Please indicate in the “comments / special requests“ box if you would like us to inform you of this.
